I use OGX Thick & Full +Biotin & Collagen Shampoo and Conditioner it helps plump up your hair volume and is ideal for flat to medium volumed hair. It helps your hair look & feel fuller & healthier. They are infused with collagen which helps your hair slowly get healthier and the biotin helps strengthen and maintain growth.

Vitamins

It’s no lie or secret that vitamins help with hair, skin, and nails. I take one day vitamins everyday which has Biotin which helps with hair growth and strength to keep your hair growing and as strong as ever.

Heat Application & Bleaching

Flat irons, blow dryers, curling irons, bleach; if you use any of these be careful and proceed with caution. Chances are everyone falls in this category I know I do mostly with the heat application and all of these damage your hair. I do use heat protectant when using heat application and you can see my favorite in my older post linked below but also try and use all of these as little as possible. The less you do the less damage you do to your hair!! Favorite head applicator in this post.
