Alright guys so when you have been working out at home since March you have to be constantly finding new workouts to keep you getting the best workout in while you don’t actually have a gym to work out in. So recently I bought a pilates bar and added it to my “at home gym” (aka the storage drawer under my bed) and I wanted to give you guys my eight new favorite workouts with the pilates bar!
I have to say that I have really love the pilates bar and I have linked the one I use below for convenience!
