Self Care

Self care is hard sometimes and with our lives being always on the go it makes it hard to take a moment for yourself; for your health, your mental space, and for your over all well being. Through my fitness journey I have learned that it isn’t only about being a size two or looking great in a bikini its about how you feel and what you put into your body is what you get out of it. It’s the same way with everything else if you want to have clear mental space you have to put in the work. What you put into it is what you get out.

Self care comes in so many shapes and sizes and you have to find the things that work best for you. I personally love to write but working out has been another great stress free outlet.

White ceramic tray with home spa supplies in home bathroom for relaxing rituals. Candlelight, salt soap bar, bath salt in jar, massage, bath oil in bottle, blue rolled towel, natural sponge.

I love long showers, I stand in the water and think about life and I love a good face mask and a candle.

All great things!

You have to find the things that help you turn your mind off a little and reset especially when it’s been a long day, week, or even month. Some people do solo trips and I have heard so many great things about solo trips but personally have never been on one. One day though I hope!!

How do you take care of yourself? What is your self care?
