Health snacks to satisfy cravings

If you’re a sweet tooth like MEEEE! Being healthy can be hard, saying no to ice cream, cookies, cake, and candy can be well in some cases sad and painful… okay maybe I am being dramatic but either way I have found the things I love to help me from eating bad or going completely off the wagon.

I am however a big believer on the have a cookie so you don’t binge on the whole box later and sometimes that’s exactly what you need to kill the craving one small cookie or bite. However when you need a little more here’s my favorite for ice creams, chocolate, and how I make my Pizza!

Ice Cream

I love ice cream and by love I mean LOVE it! Which means I have to find ones that satisfy my need for it without eating an entire pint of Ben & Jerry’s.

Chocolate Satisfaction

I am a chocoHOLICCCCC. So I definitely needed something that could help me satisfy my desperate need for chocolate without eating a whole Hershey’s bar.

  1. UNREAL – Chocolate M&Ms, Peanut Butter Cups, & Coconut Bars
  2. HU Chocolate
  3. Unsweetened chocolate chips (only a few)


  1. Cauliflower Crust
  2. Crushed tomatoes
  3. Shredded cheddar
