At Home Work Out

At home all week without access to the gym means, sitting on the couch with snacks all day? No, I have come up with a quick not too difficult for our people who want to keep moving through this time. It’s hard, sometimes being in the gym or at a class forces you to get that workout in, unfortunately it is a lot more difficult at home. Well I mean think about it; at home your couch is there, your tv is there, and it’s very easy to lose sight of your fitness goals.


I wanted to out line a little workout to get you moving at home with no equipment necessary so that you get a work out in and keep yourself from loosing sight of all your healthy goals!

  • Jump rope: 2-3 minutes
  • Jumping jacks: 25 reps
  • Bodyweight squats: 20 reps
  • Lunges: 5 reps each leg.
  • Hip extensions: 10 reps each side
  • Hip rotations: 5 each leg
  • Forward leg swings: 10 each leg
  • Side leg swings: 10 each leg
  • Push-ups: 10-20 reps
  • Spider-man steps: 10 reps
