As summer starts to approach us women begin to panic. Bikini season means lots of gym hours and healthy low calorie meals.

We start reading up on the effects of apple cider vinegar and if diet pills really work and it’s made me ask one thing.

Why?

Why stress ourselves out to ensure you look flawless in a bikini? Men don’t.

Health isn’t defined by the size pants you wear, health is important and I will always promote good health but with that being said you don’t need abs or a flat stomach to be in good health.

Women pressure themselves to have this flawless model image when it’s almost unachievable because everyone is made differently. Eating healthy is important, starvation is not the key to success and you should be comfortable in your own skin.

With bikini season right around the corner I wanted to empower you guys a little to remember that you’re beautiful the way you are. Strive for a healthy lifestyle, not a super model figure.
